You will receive a full refund of your purchase, less the white glove delivery and mattress removal fees that you may have elected to receive (optional during checkout).
While you have the option to return your mattress anytime within the 100 day trial period, we ask that you give your body a chance to adjust to the feel and support of your new Aviya bed. Chances are that the support system of the Aviya mattress will feel unfamiliar at first, especially if your existing mattress has broken down and lost its ability to support your spine and joints properly. It’s perfectly normal to adjust to this feeling over a period of 3-4 weeks, so keep that in mind when you begin sleeping on your new mattress.

Aviya will arrange for a pick-up of the mattress with our delivery team, who will contact you directly to schedule a convenient time. Aviya will refund your order amount, less the white glove delivery fee and mattress disposal fee if you chose these services, by crediting the account used as the method of payment in your original order after Aviya has confirmed the return of all products.
*Upon pick-up, our delivery team reserves the right to refuse to take any items they deem to be in unsanitary condition.
In the rare case that you have ordered incorrectly for your comfort needs, Aviya will be glad to honor one exchange within the 100 night trial period. To arrange a product exchange, please notify us at 1-844-327-7421 or firstname.lastname@example.org. As a courtesy to you, Aviya will cover the cost of the exchange - no penalty, pick up or delivery fees. The exchange of an Aviya mattress under the 100-night satisfaction guarantee forfeits and voids the 100-night guarantee for any additional mattress received as part of the exchange.
